Getting started
Play the computer, share a screen, invite a friend or play rated games with an account. Online clocks start after both players are ready.
Account recovery
Keep your recovery code offline. It lets you reset your password without email.
Fair Play
Your Elo rating and Fair Play score are public. A high Fair Play score qualifies you for more searches and gives you matchmaking priority. Waiting time depends on compatible players being available. A higher minimum can increase the wait.
After the game
Replay, opening information and analysis are available only after the game ends. The bot and analysis run locally in your browser. An authenticated participant can submit a completed online game to the gallery.
Settings and safety
Customize appearance, input, sound and accessibility. Preferences are local and can sync with your account. Report conduct or block an opponent from the game.
